Single Family Home inventory did not see much change in June 2018, and in fact it increased slightly in Broward County. That said, there was a decrease in condo inventory, with the largest decrease of 5.9% in Broward County.

Median sale prices increased throughout both counties, with condos and townhouses seeing a median price increase of 10% or more.
